How lucid & prolific are the lyrics of GUGABABA

Postby siddhartha roy on Sat Feb 21, 2004 3:25 am

:D [b] In my opinion the simplest yet most communicative are the lyric of the songs of GUGABABA.

[quote] O REY HALLA RAJAR SHENA TORA JUDDHO KORE KORBI KI TA BOL, MITHTHYE ASTRO SASHTRO DHORE PRANTA KENO JAY BEGHORE, RAJJYE RAJJYE PAROSHPORE DWANDE AMONGOL .

:o Can there be any better way to warn against the disastrous impact of war? Can there be anything less expressive than these words which very categorically points at modern day nuclear disarmaments?

The film has memorable music and it stands out because of its ingenuity as does the movie itself. Anyone who has watched the dances of the ghosts sequence closely will realise how lucidly the evolution of humankind (with the good and the bad) was portrayed.
